At www.wallforever.org, (hereinafter referred to as "Operator or we") we pay great attention to the protection of personal data. As part of our mission we want you to share the virtual spaces of your deceased loved ones, with your friends, family and anyone else around you. It is important to us that you feel comfortable and trust us with your information when using WallForever's services (the "Services"). In general, we only collect information that allows us to provide you with our best Services. This includes, for example, simple tasks such as allowing other users to see the name and image you choose to display of your deceased loved one. It also helps us to keep our Services free from fraud and spam, and allows us to have a unique understanding of what additional services may be useful to you and all the other purposes set out in this policy below.

Why do we process personal data and what gives us the right to do so?
As part of our activities, we process personal data for various purposes and to varying degrees:

The processing that we may perform without your consent depends on the purpose for which the processing is directed and where you are with us, whether you are just a visitor to our website or you register with or purchase from us. We may also process your data if you are the recipient of goods or services ordered from us, if you communicate with us or if you visit our shop.
Who processes your personal data and to whom do we pass it on?
We process all personal data mentioned as administrator. This means that we determine the purposes defined above for which we collect your personal data, determine the means of processing and are responsible for their correct execution.
From what sources do we obtain personal data?
In most cases, we process the personal data you provide to us when you order products or services, create and use an account or communicate with us, for example, in a call center. We also obtain personal data directly from you by monitoring your behavior on our website and by reading messages, recording calls in the call center.
The operator has the right to process users' personal data to the extent necessary to conclude a contract in the online shop. The user of the records gives his consent to the operator to process personal data in the range of name, address, contact address, e-mail, telephone, for the duration of the user's registration.
The controller of the personal data is the operator. The protection of personal data is governed by Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended.
The user is obliged to make any changes to the personal data in the user account and to ensure that the personal data provided in the user account are current and correct. The user is obliged to declare the data correctly, truthfully and completely.
The personal data are processed for the purpose of administering the user account and only the data provided by the user are processed. Personal data are processed automatically and the operator has the right to entrust the processing of personal data to a third party.
The user also provides the operator with consent for the use of personal data for the purpose of offering services and trade, in the area of name, surname and e-mail address. This consent is granted for an indefinite period. The user agrees to the sending of commercial messages to the electronic address (e-mail) of the user.
The provision of personal data is voluntary, but to the extent specified in the first paragraph of this article it is necessary for the execution of the contract between the operator and the user. The user has the right to revoke consent for the processing of personal data at any time in writing to the operator's e-mail address. The user acknowledges that if, due to the refusal of consent for the processing of personal data, it will no longer be possible to maintain a user account, and the operator will terminate it.
Transfer of data outside the EU
As part of the transfer of data to our processors listed in the section "Who processes your personal data and to whom we transfer it", we may also transfer your data to third countries outside the European Economic Area that do not guarantee an adequate level of protection of personal data. We will make all such transfers only if the relevant processor undertakes to comply with the standard contractual terms issued by the European Commission and available at
